Astrology AI provides AI-powered astrology features, including daily horoscopes, full birth chart generation and interpretation, zodiac compatibility analysis, and a conversational AI astrologer chat. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate readings and answers based on the astrological profile you provide (name, date, time and place of birth) and your selected preferences.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

Astrology AI is provided for entertainment, self-reflection and personal insight purposes only. Horoscopes, birth chart interpretations, compatibility results and AI chat responses are AI-generated and must not be relied upon as medical, psychological, financial, legal or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances or wellbeing.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Not present AI-generated readings as professional advice of any kind
• Provide accurate birth data and account information
• Only submit birth data of others with their consent

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its AI prompts, algorithms, design, and content, is the property of Astrology AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Astrology AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with any astrological organization or publisher.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Payment terms are governed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through which you made the purchase. Refund policies are subject to the respective store's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrology AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated readings, horoscopes, compatibility results or chat responses.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
